CLASSIC BREAKFAST

$26 per person

Applewood bacon & maple sausage links, scrambled eggs, herb roasted potatoes, fresh fruit, pastry assortment


*plant-based sausage or turkey sausage available upon request

BRUNCH BUFFET

$35 per person

Select three:

Bacon, leek, apple, & Beecher’s cheese quiche

Spinach, mushroom, caramelized onion & gruyere quiche

Buttermilk biscuits with sausage and herb gravy (mushroom gravy also available)

Brioche French toast, berries, and whipped cream

Shakshuka, baked eggs with spicy tomato sauce, arugula, feta

Frittata of broccoli, potatoes, Mama Lil’s peppers, Beecher’s cheese

Grilled flank steak, chimichurri

Croque monsieur, ham, bechemel, gruyere, baguette

Select three:

Bacon, chicken sausage, or ham

Roasted garlic & herb potatoes

Scrambled eggs, chives

Arugula salad, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, sugar snap peas, radish, herb vinaigrette

Cream scones and croissants, jam & butter

Fresh, seasonal fruit and cheese 

BBQ BUFFET

$35 per person, additional $5 per person each added selection

Mains, select two:

-Ancho chili rubbed smoked brisket

-Carolina pulled pork, with Hawaiian rolls

-BBQ chicken legs and thighs

-Baby back pork ribs

-Spinach & artichoke stuffed portobello

-PNW bbq grilled salmon


Sauce selection served on the side

Sides, select three:

-Classic creamy macaroni and cheese

-Picnic potato salad, celery, scallion, mayo, stone ground mustard

-Grilled sweet corn on the cob

-Slow-baked beans, bacon, molasses & brown sugar

-Red & green cabbage slaw, carrots, radish, creamy poppyseed dressing

-Brown butter cornbread, with wildflower honey butter

-Garden salad, cherry tomatoes, slivered carrots, herb vinaigrette

ASIAN-INSPIRED BUFFET

$30 per person, additional $5 per person for each added selection

Mains, select two:

-Chicken adobo, ginger, vinegar, soy, sauteed vegetables

-Mongolian beef, scallion & chilis

-Coconut curry tofu, bell peppers, carrots, green onion

-Braised pork belly with garlic and ginger, garlic-sesame string beans

-Huli huli grilled chicken

-Honey garlic peel & eat prawns *add $3

Sides:

-Vegetable lo mein, mushrooms, snow peas, bok choy

-Garlic sesame green beans

-Cabbage salad, bell pepper, edamame, carrots, cucumber, ginger lime dressing


Add mac salad $3


MEDITERRANEAN BUFFET

$32 per person, additional $5 for each added selection

Mains, select two:

-Chicken shawarma, bell peppers, onions (gf)

-Shrimp in lemon garlic sauce, fennel, spinach (gf)

-Harissa-braised lamb shoulder, cucumber &  mint labneh (gf)

-Marinated & roasted chicken with green yogurt sauce & olives (gf)

Sides:

-Tomato, cucumber, & arugula salad, red wine & oregano vinaigrette, feta

-Saffron rice

-Pita with hummus, fresh and marinated vegetables

-Falafel, garlic tahini sauce (vegan, gf)

STREET TACOS

$30 per person, additional $5 per person for each added selection

Mains, select three:

-Carnitas, braised pork 

-Chorizo, pork sausage

-Picadillo, braised beef w/ tomatoes & chilis

-Pollo verde, chicken simmered w/ tomatillos, poblanos, jalapenos

-Roasted sweet potato & black bean, cumin, chili, smoked paprika (vegan)


Includes:

 Flour and corn tortillas

Chopped onion and cilantro, limes

Salsa and hot sauce assortment

Tortilla chips & guacamole

Rice and beans

Garden salad, cilantro-lime vinaigrette



PASTA BUFFET

$32 per person, additional $5 per person for each added selection

Mains, Select Three:

-Beef and pork traditional Bolognese (DF)

-Artichoke, spinach, sundried tomato, roasted red pepper sauce (veg, DF)

-Grilled chicken, tomatoes, arugula, pesto cream

-Italian pork sausage and mushrooms in Pomodoro (DF)

-Mixed mushrooms, sherry cream sauce, mascarpone, herbs (veg)

-White Bolognese, pork, fennel, herbs, parmesan cream (no tomato)


Includes caesar salad with kale and romaine, lemon-garlic dressing, herb croutons, and garlic bread

ITALIAN-INSPIRED

$38 per person, add $5 per person for extra selections, unless otherwise noted

Choose Three: 


-Vegetable or meat lasagna

-Lemon & garlic roasted chicken, parsley and capers

-Chicken Parmigiana

-Eggplant Parmigiana

-Grilled flank steak, balsamic & gorgonzola (add $3/person)

-Baked cod puttanesca (add $2/person)

-Pasta with marinara and basil

-Roasted seasonal vegetables

-Arugula salad, tomatoes, red onion,  garlic croutons, fresh herb vinaigrette
